Today, Vivo has added a new member to its already launched Vivo X60 series. Last year just before the year-end, the company launched the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro which were using the Samsung Exynos 1080 SoC. Today, Vivo has launched its highest-end flagship in this series with the name Vivo X60 Pro+.

The Vivo X60 Pro+ is featuring a 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor, the same that was used in the Vivo X50 Pro+. Along with that, there are also cameras sensors like the 48MP Sony IMX589 Ultrawide, and 5x Optical zoom to give the camera module a completely refined experience. The smartphone has been powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood and comes with 55W fast charging.

Vivo X60 Pro+ Specifications

In comparison to the X60 Pro, the x60 Pro+ has a bigger rear camera module due to the addition of two big camera sensors. The ZEISS branding on the camera module is still there and the phone comes in two color options that feature a leather finish and I found this pretty premium in looks. The front of the Vivo V60 Pro+ is similar to the V60 Pro with the same curved display with a centered hole-punch cutout.

The display size is also the same i.e. 6.56-inches with a Full HD+ AMOLED panel that gives a 120Hz smooth refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Just like the X60 Pro, the display comes with support for both HDR10 and HDR10+, and the screen-to-body ratio is 92.7%.

The performance has been improved as the new Vivo X60 Pro+ comes with the Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood which is responsible for all the processing, gaming, connectivity, and computational needs. This chipset is paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage. The phone has been packed with a 4200mAh battery capacity that can be changed rapidly via the 55W wired charging technology. But there is no wireless charging support.

Talking about the camera of the smartphone, the Vivo X60 Pro+ comes with a Qual rear camera module that features a primary 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor. It is a 1/1.3″ sensor with a large f/1.57 aperture and OIS. This sensor has been paired with a 48MP Sony IMX598 Ultrawide sensor, an 8MP periscope lense for 5x Optical zoom (60x digital zoom), and a 32MP portrait lense. The phone has gimble-like stabilization just like last year and it can also shoot 8k vides. There is also a 32MP single front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

The phone is running on Android 11 layered with the OriginOS 1.0 and inside the box, the charging adapter, USB-C headphones, USB-C to 3.5mm adapter, a protective case, and a charging cable, all is provided without any cost-cutting.
